Nitzan is the Managing Partner of Stonehage Fleming Law Limited. Nitzan advises entrepreneurs and their businesses on UK and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and all legal aspects of corporate finance and capital raising activities.
He joined the Stonehage Fleming Group from the Maitland Group where he joined in 2003, prior to this Nitzan was with Brait in South Africa.
Nitzan holds Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Economics) degree, a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree in corporate law from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Nigel is an English Solicitor and Head of Legal Practice at Stonehage Fleming Law Limited
He joined the Group in 2011 from the Wealth Management department at Baker & McKenzie and has particular expertise in international trust and personal tax planning.
Nigel is a graduate of the University of London and completed his Master’s degree at UCL. Nigel qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Len is a South African Attorney and Notary
Len joined the Group in 2005. Prior to joining the Group, Len was a partner in a large Johannesburg law firm before relocating to the Channel Islands in 1986, where he established a trust and advisory business.
Len qualified as a South African Attorney and notary in 1977. He holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees and a Higher Diploma in Company Law from the University of the Witwatersrand as well as a Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of London. Len is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in England and Wales.
Rupert is a Director of Stonehage Fleming in our Legal & Tax Advisory division. He has over 10 years in advising UHNW individuals, trustees and institutions in relation to the establishment and administration of trust and company structures and all aspects of tax planning. This includes providing advice to individuals resident but not domiciled in the UK, and providing guidance on the UK remittance rules.
Rupert joined the Stonehage Fleming Group from the Maitland Group, where he started in 2013, and prior to this, he was a Senior Associate with Stonehage in London for seven years and a solicitor/trust officer with Rathbone Trust Company (Geneva and Jersey) for four years. Rupert trained as a solicitor at a firm in Jersey.
He holds a Diploma in Law and Legal Practice from the College of Law, Guildford, he has a Masters of Law degree from the University of Glasgow. Rupert was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2002.
Vivian is an English Solicitor
Vivian joined the Group in 2010 from the Tax Department of SJ Berwin. He has particular expertise in International Private Client Law, Employee Share Schemes and Art Law.
Vivian is a graduate of the University of Manchester and he qualified as a Solicitor in 2000. Vivian holds the STEP Diploma in Trusts and is a member of the PAIAM Professional Advisors to the International Art Market.
Henry is an English Solicitor
Henry joined the Group in 2014. Prior to joining the Group, he worked at Wedlake Bell in London in their Private Client team following four years at Conyers Dill & Pearman in Bermuda, where he was called to the Bar. Henry started his career at Withers in London, where he practised in the International Trusts team. He has particular expertise in, trust, estate planning and wealth structuring issues for domestic and international high-net-worth families and trustees.
Henry is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and he qualified as a Solicitor in 2003.
Michael is an English Solicitor
Michael joined the Group as a Consultant in April 2018 from Berwin Leighton Paisner where he was a Partner for over 40 years. Michael specialises in dispute resolution.
Michael is a graduate of Witwatersrand University and Oxford University.
Stephen advises companies in relation to corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals with third parties in the UK and on cross-border transactions, as well as internal group corporate restructurings and the legal aspects of capital raising activities. In addition, Stephen advises companies and their shareholders in relation to corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.
He joined the Stonehage Fleming Group from the Maitland Group where he joined in 2022. Prior to this, Stephen was with Read Hope Phillips Attorneys and PwC in South Africa.
Stephen is a member of the corporate legal team in London and specialises in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance and company reorganisations. He joined Stonehage Fleming Law from the Maitland Group which he joined in 2014.
Stephen holds a first class LLB (Hons) degree in Law and Taxation from Bournemouth University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law (now The University of Law) in Guildford.
Sam is a Senior Associate in the Legal and Tax Advisory UK division. He advises on a broad range of private client matters, including tax, wills, trusts, and estate and succession planning.
Sam joined the Group in 2023. Prior to that, he trained and qualified at a long-established firm in London and worked offshore in the Isle of Man.
He is a graduate of the University of York and qualified as a solicitor in 2019. Sam is an Associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds the STEP Advanced Certificates in UK Tax for International Clients and Cross Border Estates.
Míde is a Paralegal in the Stonehage Fleming Law team in London. She assists in a broad range of private client matters, including wills, LPAs, probate, trusts, tax and succession planning.
She joined the group in 2023 having previously worked at Anthony Gold in London Bridge, where she supported the Head of Department as a paralegal for nearly 3 years. Prior to that, Míde was at Fladgate.
She graduated in 2019 from the University of Liverpool with a Law LLB, during which she spent a year studying Mandarin at XJTLU in Shanghai. Míde is currently studying for her Solicitor Qualifying Examination (SQE) and she hopes to qualify as a solicitor next year.
